Government Lies About Jan. 6th 2021
By now any thinking person knows that the government lies to us about just about everything–who’s responsible for inflation, what the war between Russia and Ukraine is all about, how the federal government has great concern for and compassion for its citizens–and on and on the political windies get spun and we are supposed to believe all this bureaucratic bilge.
Revised History – Government Lies About Jan. 6th 2021 PDF
I’m sorry, but most thinking people just don’t buy this stuff anymore. They have seen so much federal obfuscation in recent years they just roll their eyes and ignore it. They long ago recognized it for the bovine fertilizer it really is.
So, when I saw an article on the “American Thinker” website for April 16th by J. B. Shurk I was not really surprised at what he said–and he was pretty straightforward in his comments about Jan. 21, 2021 in Washington. He said: “Did the world really witness a bunch of rowdy Americans try to overthrow the U.S. government on January 6, 2021? Would some of the country’s strongest defenders of the right to bear arms really show up for the battle bearing none? Did anybody in that crowd–many of whom were retirees welcomed into the Capitol Building by Capitol Police–actually believe that an ‘insurrection’ was taking place? The answer to all three questions is a demonstrable ‘No!’ But to a federal government addicted to lying about absolutely anything, the ‘violent attack’ on the Capitol was every bit as bad as 9/11, Pearl Harbor, and the Civil War. I don’t know what’s worse–that our government engages in such blatant propaganda against its citizens or that it can no longer be shamed into retracting its propaganda once its lies get called out.”
And that’s what all this political hogwash from Washington politicians is really all about. They decided they would declare their own little war against the American public assembled to protest their grievances against a bloated political machine that, if the truth be known, cares more about the welfare of the communists in China than it does about its own people. If that sounds hard that’s because its true!
The windy politicos screamed about the four people who died in the “insurrection” that day. They didn’t bother to tell you that all four were Trump supporters. Shurk noted in his commentary that “January 6, 2021 was indeed a deadly day at the U.S. Capitol–deadly for Trump supporters.”
Wiliam F. Jasper had an article in the “New American” magazine for March 14, 2022 in which he observed: “Playing off the title of the 1970 anti-war film ‘Suppose They Gave a War and Nobody Came’ we might pose a similar thought experiment; ‘Suppose They gave an insurrection and Nobody Came Armed?’ What might that look like? Well, we have some idea from the reality of what happened at the so-called Capitol Insurrection of January 6, 2021. A veritable tsunami of ‘news’ stories, op-eds, and commentaries over the past year have created a sea of misinformation, disinformation, and propaganda concerning that event.” In other words, we’ve been lied to by the very people we sent to Washington to represent us. I don’t know about you, but that ticks me off more than a little.
I’m not sure what we can do about these political liars except to vote them out of office and seek to expose their lies. Letters to the editors of your local papers might be a good way to do that, provided the papers have the intestinal fortitude to publish them. Some will, but some will be spineless so you’ll have to figure out where your letters will be the most effective. Lots of politicians read the local papers from their area to sort of keep their fingers on the local pulse for when they have to go home and face the voting public and if they see lots of letters to editors exposing their duplicity they will know they have some music to face when they get back home We have to let these people know that we are aware of their political charades and that we don’t like them and that this dislike will translate into lost votes.
